Digital Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a data-driven digital marketing specialist to own and scale performance marketing campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. You'll manage multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and email — optimizing relentlessly for ROI.
- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Meta Ads Manager essential)
- Proven track record of managing campaigns with KES 200K+ monthly budgets
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and attribution
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Excellent written communication and copywriting ability
- Knowledge of the East African digital marketing landscape is a strong plus
AI Engineer
We need a talented AI engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions for our clients. From AI chatbots and workflow automation to predictive analytics and custom model integrations — you'll be building the AI layer that powers Afrinetix's client results.
- Strong Python skills with experience in LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or n8n)
- Ability to build and deploy chatbots for web and WhatsApp Business API
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
Business Development Representative
Join our growth team as a Business Development Representative. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — qualifying inbound leads, conducting outreach, and setting discovery calls for the senior team. This is a high-impact, fast-track role for ambitious sales professionals.
- 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- Understanding of digital marketing and/or technology services (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales automation
- Proven ability to meet and exceed pipeline targets
- Nairobi-based with existing professional networks is a strong advantage
